We are seeking a highly motivated technology intern to join our team at Sarrasa Consulting Inc., where you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects that address the challenges of environment and climate change. In this role, you will work with a team of experts in technology to develop innovative solutions that reduce our carbon footprint and promote sustainable practices.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in the development and implementation of technology solutions to address environmental and climate change challenges
• Research and analyze data related to energy consumption, emissions, and other environmental indicators
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and implement sustainable practices
• Support the development of data visualization tools and dashboards to track progress and measure success
• Contribute to the development of proposals and reports related to environmental and climate change projects
Qualifications:
• Enrolled in a degree program in Computer Science, Engineering, Environmental Science or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Must have – knowledge about environment and sustainable governance and reporting requirements (scope 1,2, and 3)
• Must have – Ability to understand UI development and Data management skills
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Passion for environmental and climate change issues
• Must be available to work at least 35 hours per week
